Joana has a background in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, with extensive knowledge of pharmacology. She worked as a pharmacy technician before joining PMPI 14 years ago.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Clinics, managing daily workflows with prescribers at partner sites, scheduling, and templates. Joana is responsible for prescriber onboarding, and she also contributes to quality assurance. Additionally, she oversees corporate medical assistants at the PMPI office. Outside of work, Joana enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and  traveling to tropical islands.
