Over two decades ago, Dr. Garewal was spending long hours on the road, sometimes driving three hours each way, to provide psychiatric care at remote clinics across California. It wasn’t easy, but for him, the mission was clear: everyone deserves access to quality psychiatric medication management, no matter where they live.
That belief became the foundation of PMPI, a telepsychiatry company built to close the gap in behavioral healthcare. What began as a one-man effort has grown into a thriving organization that partners with clinics across the country to provide specialized psychiatric services through telemedicine. From Federally Qualified Health Centers to Rural Health Clinics and American Indian Health Projects, PMPI’s model supports clinics by integrating virtual care into existing systems without replacing the human touch.
Now, after 21 years of delivering high-quality, accessible psychiatric care throughout California, PMPI is proud to announce a major milestone: we’re officially expanding our services to 17 additional states.
This means we can now partner with clinics in:
Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
As we expand our reach, our mission remains the same: to support clinics in delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to the communities they serve, whether they’re in big cities or small towns.
For clinics in these new states looking to enhance their behavioral health offerings, we’re here to help. Our team of experienced psychiatric providers is ready to work hand-in-hand with your organization to bring quality care to those who need it most.
